Members have come to expect the best and easiest banking experience from CDFCU, and we’ve worked hard to deliver on that expectation.

Over the years, CDFCU has provided members remote banking services such as REAL – our telephone banking service, eTeller – our free online banking with Bill Pay and CU2GO – our Mobile App with Mobile Deposit. These services have provided members the convenience and ease of transacting business 24/7 without the need to come into a branch and members have responded positively to these products by using them more and more.

Over the past few years, but even more so during the last four months with the impact of COVID-19, CDFCU has had to re-evaluate its business plan, the new trends in banking, its branch structure and how to serve our members and operate as efficiently as possible. To meet our goal of delivering better rates, lower fees, and state-of-the-art banking products, as well as the need to remain relevant and competitive in the banking industry and reduce costs, difficult decisions have had to be made.

With fewer members needing to come into branches and because two of our current offices are in close proximity to other locations, we are closing two of our locations that can no longer operate efficiently. These decisions have not been made lightly, but after careful consideration we’ve decided to redirect these resources to better benefit all members.



The Bridgeport Branch that closed in March due to COVID-19, will not re-open. Members currently using this branch can still bank in person at the convenient, near-by Brewster Branch.

Effective September 18, 2020, our Almira Branch will be closed. Members currently using this branch can bank in person at our Creston or Coulee Dam locations.

ATM services at both of these locations will no longer be available after August 19, 2020.

Contact REAL at 877-669-3211 to check balances, make a transfer and more, 24/7.

Free Online Banking and Bill Pay with eTeller

Members can easily check account balances, pay bills, transfer money, setup recurring transfers to make loan payments, view copies of checks and so much more. You can even open new accounts online and re-order checks too! Click here to sign up for Online Banking today.

Access your account using our Mobile Banking App CU2GO with Mobile Deposits

Use your Smart Phone or Tablet to access your account to check balances, make transfers, pay bills, deposit checks or locate the nearest surcharge-free ATM and more!

Access to Cash/Surcharge-Free ATM Networks

CDFCU belongs to the CUliance network, offering you over 80,000 Surcharge-Free ATMs nationwide for cash withdrawals. You can also get cash with your CDFCU Debit Card at the check-out line at your local grocery or retail stores.

Direct Deposit

Many members already value the security and convenience of having their paycheck directly deposited into their CDFCU account. Every pay period the money automatically hits your account and can be used immediately for bills, cash or any purpose. Sign up for Direct Deposit through the Human Resources department at your work and avoid a trip to the branch!

Online Loan Applications

Through our website, it is easy to apply for any consumer loan online. No appointment is necessary! Whenever you have the time, just log on and apply – any time, day or night in the privacy of your home or office!
