We currently offer Escrow Service for your personal contract collection needs. We can take the burden off your shoulders to collect payments for a home you've sold.
Per terms of the collection agreement, payments are made by a "buyer" to the credit union. We take care of the payment accounting and disburse the funds to the "seller" of the contract.
Included with the service:
- Payment coupons
- Payment receipts
- 1099 & 1098 Forms
Fees and Charges:
- Set Up Fee: $50.00 + tax
Fees are charged per payment:
- $5, plus tax for monthly payments
- $12.50, plus tax for quarterly payments
- $25, plus tax for semi-annual payments
- $50, plus tax for annual payments
- $25, plus tax for assignment of contract fee
- $25 for NSF checks
- $3 additional check disbursement fee
